Durham School of the Arts again has been recognized by the Magnet Schools of America for excellence in instructional programs. DSA received the top rating of School of Excellence by the national organization. It was one of 53 schools nationally to receive this honor.
Northern High School Science Department to Papers at NSTA Conference

For the third consecutive year, members of the Northern High School science department will present papers at the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) national conference, to be held in New Orleans in March 2009.
